How it works

Four steps. Only the first one is work.

  1. Create your referral account.

    Your name, your email and a password. It’s free, and you don’t need a website with us.

  2. Share your link.

    Your account shows your own link and a short code. Send the link to anyone who needs a website, or tell them your code.

  3. Your friend books their website.

    They start at wondaur.com/start with your link, or type your name or code where it asks “Who referred you?”. They get 10% off as a welcome.

  4. You get Wondaur credit.

    When they pay their deposit, we check it and add credit to your account: 10% of their project price, up to $300. It’s on hold for 30 days, then it’s yours to use for website changes and help.

Who can refer?

Anyone. Our clients, and anyone who knows someone who needs a website. You don’t need a website with us to make a referral account.

What can I use my credit for?

Website changes and help from us. Ask us for the change you need and we take it off your credit. If you don’t have a website with us yet, your credit waits in your account until you do.

When do I get my credit?

When your friend pays the deposit for their website. We check every referral ourselves, then add the credit to your account: 10% of their project price, up to $300. It’s on hold for 30 days in case their deposit is refunded, then it’s yours to use.

Does my friend pay anything extra?

No. They get 10% off their website as a welcome. It comes off their price by itself when they start with your link or type your code.

What if my friend forgets my link?

When they start, the form asks “Who referred you?”. They can type your name or your code there.

Can I get my credit as cash?

No. Credit is for changes and help from us. It has no cash value and can’t be moved to someone else.

How it works

  1. Anyone with a referral account, and every Wondaur client, has their own referral link and code. Find yours in your account or your dashboard under Refer a friend.
  2. Your friend starts at wondaur.com/start with your link. They can also type your name or your code where it asks “Who referred you?”.
  3. When your friend pays the deposit for their website, we check the referral. Once we approve it, we add Wondaur credit to your account: 10% of their project price, in whole dollars, up to $300 for each referral.
  4. Your friend gets a welcome discount of 10% off their project price. It comes off by itself when they start with your link or type your code.

Your credit

  • Wondaur credit is for website changes and help from us. Ask us for the change you need, and we take it off your credit.
  • Credit has no cash value. We never pay it out, and it can’t be sold or moved to someone else.
  • Credit isn’t used for your monthly plan or any other fees.
  • We approve every reward ourselves. A referral counts once the person you referred pays their deposit.
  • New credit is on hold for 30 days after we add it. If the deposit is refunded or the project is canceled in that time, we take the credit back. After 30 days it’s yours.
  • You can see your balance, and what it was used for, in your account.

What doesn’t count

  • Referring yourself, another login of your own, or someone using your own email address.
  • A deposit that’s refunded, or a project that’s canceled before work starts.
  • One reward for each new client. If two people refer the same person, the link they used counts first.
  • Referrals that break these terms, or that come from spam or misleading ads. We may decline them.
