Your deposit
Your deposit holds your place in our calendar and comes off the price of your website. It is fully refundable for 7 days after you pay, or until we start work, whichever comes first. We start work when you send us your onboarding answers.
If you do not accept the fixed price we send you, or we cannot take on your project, you get your deposit back in full, whenever that is.
Once work has started
Once we have started, your deposit and any payments already made cover the work done, so they are not refunded. If you stop, the project is closed, your website is not published, and the payments still to come stop. If we have done more work than your payments so far cover, we may charge for it: we tell you the amount in writing first, and it is never more than the rest of your price.
Your monthly plan
Cancel any time from your account. Your website stays online until the end of the period you have paid for, then goes offline. Payments for a monthly or a yearly plan are not refunded, in full or in part.
