Who we are

Wondaur LLC (“Wondaur”, “we”, “us”) designs, builds and hosts websites. These terms apply when you use this website, create an account, buy a template plan, or have us build a website for you. Write to hi@wondaur.com with any question.

Two ways to work with us

Template websites: you choose a template, make it yours in our builder, and keep it online with a monthly or yearly plan.

Custom websites: we design and build a website for you. You sign a website agreement before you pay a deposit. Where that agreement and these terms say different things, the agreement wins.

Your account

Use your real name and an email address you check. Keep your password to yourself and turn on two-step sign-in. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

Plans and payments

Prices are shown before you pay. Plans renew automatically, monthly or yearly, on the card you give us, until you cancel. Sales tax is added where it applies. If a payment does not go through, we let you know. If it is still unpaid after that, your website may be taken offline until it is paid.

You can switch from monthly to yearly at any time. A switch from yearly to monthly starts when your paid year ends.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel any time from your account. Your website stays online until the end of the period you have paid for. Payments for a plan are not refunded, in full or in part. Deposits for custom websites follow our refund policy.

Domain names

A domain you buy through us is registered for you and renews every year at its renewal price until you turn renewal off. Domain payments are not refunded. You can move your domain to another company once the registry allows it, usually 60 days after it was bought.

SEO

Our SEO services work to improve how your website shows up, using only methods search engines approve. Search engines and AI tools, such as Google and ChatGPT, decide their own results and change them often, so we cannot promise any ranking, placement or mention in them, or any number of visitors or sales.

Your content

Your words, photos, logo and products stay yours. You give us permission to store them, show them on your website and make the copies needed to run and back it up. You confirm that you have the right to use everything you add, and that it breaks no law. We may remove content, or pause a website, that is unlawful, harmful, misleading or that infringes someone else’s rights.

Our platform

Our templates, builder, dashboard and the system your website runs on belong to us. You may use them for your own website while your plan is active. You may not copy, resell or share our templates or our system.

The Wondaur credit

Websites we host show a small “Powered by Wondaur” credit, usually in the footer. It can be removed for a one-time $1,500.

Other companies

Some parts of your website rely on other companies, such as Stripe for payments, your domain registrar, your email provider or Instagram. Their own terms apply to those services, and we are not responsible for services they run.

Keeping it online

We look after hosting, security, updates and backups, and we work to keep your website online at all times. We cannot promise that it will never be unavailable, and we recommend you keep your own copies of anything important.

Laws and accessibility

We build with care for accessibility, but no one can promise that a website meets the ADA, WCAG or any other law or standard. You are responsible for your website and your business following the laws that apply to you, including your own privacy policy and the rules of your industry.

Our responsibility

We fix faults in what we built at no cost. Beyond that, we are not responsible for losses such as lost sales, profit, data or business, however they happen, and we cannot promise any ranking or place on Google, other search engines or AI tools such as ChatGPT, or any number of visitors, leads or sales. If a court decides we are responsible anyway, the most we pay is what you paid us in the 12 months before. If someone makes a claim against us because of your content, your products or your business, you cover it.

Ending

You can stop using Wondaur at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or leaves payments unpaid. When a website closes, the dashboard and online features stop working.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we tell you by email before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.

The law

These terms follow the law of Arizona.
